I tried everything I could though, I downloaded the c++ runtime libraries, I tried to running it in compatibility mode and disable full screen optimization. When I installed that and run the game, it says Ubisoft Game Launcher Error Code 1. I uninstalled ubisoft connect and I found a game launcher installation file in Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Might and Magic Heroes VI > Support. I tried to launch the game there and it loads for a split second and closes. Make sure you have no other games running that use the Ubisoft Game Launcher". Now, when I try to launch the game, it shows "There was a problem starting your game.
The first time I downloaded it, everything went smoothly till it stuck on some ubisoft uplay prompt. Got one for school recently and I decided to download steam and play this game. So, it's been awhile since I got a Windows laptop.
